Certain securities-related activities may be conducted by Regina Prasad (“Prasad”), who is a registered agent of Rainmaker Securities, LLC (“RMS”), a FINRA-registered broker-dealer and SIPC member. Prasad may conduct certain RMS brokerage activities under the d.b.a. name “Vault Society, LLC.” RMS is not an affiliate of Vault Society. All securities-related activity is conducted exclusively through RMS.

RMS is not an affiliate of Vault Society.

Advisory, consulting, and non-securities services provided directly by Vault Society are separate and distinct from securities brokerage services conducted exclusively through RMS.
